ONE LEG ADDUCTOR STRETCH

Estiramiento del aductor de una pierna de pie

STARTING POSITION:

Stand up straight with your feet at shoulder width apart.

MOVEMENT:

Do a lateral step separating your right foot from the other. Your feet should be wider than shoulder width apart. Lower your body towards your right side bending the right knee and hip until you feel the stretch in your adductor muscles. Keep your left leg straight. Maintain the stretch during the required time, return to the starting position and then switch sides and repeat with the other leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain. Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.
