LYING ADDUCTOR STRETCH

Estiramiento adductores decubito supino

STARTING POSITION:

Lie flat on your back placing the soles of your feet together and the feet as close as you can from your body. Place your hands on the floor next to your hips.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your knees towards the floor opening your legs. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
