KNEE TO CHEST STRETCH

Estiramiento rodilla al pecho decubito supino

STARTING POSITION:

Lie flat on your back with your feet flat on the floor. Your knees should be at 90º.

MOVEMENT:

Grab your right knee with your hands and slowly pull it toward the chest. Maintain your left leg extended at all times. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the side.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
