KNEE AND SHINBONE ON VIBRATORY PLATFORM

Rodilla y tibia apoyados sobre plataforma vibratoria

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight, spread your feet at shoulder width apart. Place your right knee and the shinbone on the vibratory platform and your left foot on the floor. Turn on the vibratory platform.

MOVEMENT:

Maintain the position during the required time and then do the exercise with the other leg.

TIPS: You can grab the handles for a better balance.
