Isométrico femoral sentado

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a chair and place your feet flat on the floor. Place your right ankle in front of the left one.

MOVEMENT:

Try to bend your right knee while you avoid the movement with the other leg. Maintain the effort for the required time. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions, then switch sides and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
