HYPOPRESSIVE SITTING WITH FLEXED KNEES

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on the floor with your legs crossed, place your hands on the knees and move your chin towards the chest. Open your elbows to the sides.

MOVEMENT:

Fully breath out, hold the breath and then stick your belly. Hold the position during the required time. Breath in and repeat the exercise for the specified amount of repetitions.

TIPS: Your head and chest should always look forward.
