HIP FLEXOR STRETCH

Estiramiento de abdominales  y flexores de cadera

STARTING POSITION:

Lie down facing the floor. Grab your feet behind your back with your hands.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly pull your feet and raise your head and chest off the floor. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
