HAMSTRING STRETCH - SITRAIGHT LEG

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight in front of a step. Place the right foot on the step and straight your legs.

MOVEMENT:

Maintaining the natural arch of your back, lean forward until you feel the stretch in your right hamstring. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
