HAMSTRING STRETCH ON VIBRATORY PLATFORM

STARTING POSITION:

Get on the vibratory platform, grab the handle with your right hand and and place your left foot in front of the other.

MOVEMENT:

Bend the left knee and move your butt back until you feel the stretch in your right glute.Turn on the vibrating platform. Maintaining the natural arch of your back, lean forward until you feel the stretch in the left hamstring. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
