Giros abdominales con botella de agua

STARTING POSITION:

Select the appropriate weight of the bottle. Sit on a mat, raise your legs and keep the balance with the bottle in your hands. Extend your arms and put the hands together pointing the roof. Contract your pelvic floor and core keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Move the bottle to your right side towards the floor while you inhale. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you exhale and alternate with the other side.

TIPS: While you are doing the exercise, rotate your body. During the movement, your feet should be always in the same position.
