LUMBAR STRETCH

Estiramiento lumbar de rodillas

STARTING POSITION:

Position yourself on four legs on a mat. Your knees should be underneath the hips and hands under the shoulders.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your butt backwards bending your spine until you feel the stretch in your back muscles. Maintain the stretch during the required time.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain. Do the exercise without shoes.
