POSTERIOR SHOULDER STRETCH

INITIAL POSITION:

Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart. We support the forearm on the elbow of the shoulder to stretch.

EXECUTION:

Slowly push your elbow toward your chest until you feel the stretch in your shoulder. Hold the stretch for the required amount of time and then return to the starting position. Then change the arm.

TIPS:

You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
