HAMSTRING STRETCH - SITTING

Estiramiento femoral sentado

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on the edge of a chair with your feet on the floor. Extend your right knee in front of you.

MOVEMENT:

Maintaining the natural arch of your back, lean forward until you feel the stretch in your right hamstring. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
