WRIST EXTENSORS STRETCH

Estiramiento de extensores de muñeca

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet at shoulder width apart. Grab the dorsum of your right hand with your left hand.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly flex your right wrist with your left hand until you feel the stretch in your right wrist extensors. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the hand.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
