TIBIALIS ANTERIOR STRETCH

Estiramiento de tibial anterior de rodillas

STARTING POSITION:

Get on your knees and sit on your heels. Your toes should point backwards.

MOVEMENT:

Grab your right knee with your right hand and separate it from the floor until you feel the stretch in your anterior tibial muscle. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then do it with the other side.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
