EAGLE STRETCH

Estiramiento del aguila

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight, cross the arms in front of you and place your palms together intertwining your fingers.

MOVEMENT:

Pull your upper and with the lower hand to do an external rotation of the shoulder. Maintain the stretch during the required time, return to the starting position and then switch sides and repeat with the other arm.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
