BICEPS AND CHEST STRETCH

Estiramiento de bíceps y pectoral

STARTING POSITION:

Sit down on a mat and extend your knees.

MOVEMENT:

Place your hands on the floor behind you as far as you can. Your fingers should point backwards. Retract your shoulder blades rising your chest up until you feel the stretch in your biceps and pectorals. Hold the position during the required time.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
