BARBELL STEP DOWN

Paso bajando de step con barra

STARTING POSITION:

Select the appropriate plates amount to put them on the barbell. Put the barbell on the traps and grab it firmly with your hands. Stand straight on a step and spread your feet at shoulder width apart. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Step down touching the floor with your right foot while you inhale. Return to the starting position in a strong movement while you exhale. Repeat the exercise with the other leg.

TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.
