AUTOASSISTED KNEE FLEXION

Flexión de rodilla autoasistida

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a chair and place your feet flat on the floor. Place your right ankle in front of the left one.

MOVEMENT:

Helped by your right leg, bend your left knee as much as you can. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions, then switch sides and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
